The primary objective of the PLS Electronics Training Program is to provide hands-on skills training and IPC certification to individuals and businesses in Electronics Manufacturing Services.

The PLS Hands-on Skills Training program comprises classroom instruction, including lectures, videos, overheads, and hands-on training in Basic Electronics Assembly, Solder/De-solder, Surface Mount (SMT), Thru-Hole, and Touch-Up Soldering. This training aligns with the IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-7711 criteria. (For the training structure, refer to the Training Program Syllabus.)
